GUTK is searching for space for our community ministry center in the Charlotte, NC area that will serve as our ministry's permanent home. GUTK has so far had trouble finding a large enough site that meets all of the necessary conditions but we are hopeful that if we get the word out about the project then someone will lead us in the right direction.
We are planning a facility that is between 4,000 and 5,000 square feet. Here is an idea of what we need in a potential space.
1- Sanctuary space to seat about 200 people
2- Children's room to seat about 50 kids
3- Kitchen with sink, stove, and deep freezer for the days we feed the hungry
4- Office for Senior Minister
5- Additional office
Here is an idea of the square footage breakdown that would be ideal but we can make a space work if it has the kind of rooms that we need:
1- Sanctuary 2500 sq ft
2- Children's room 1000 sq ft
3- Kitchen 500 sq ft
4- Senior Ministers’ office 500 sq ft
5- Additional office 300 sq ft
