GUTK Annual Ministers License

Although the benefits of being a licensed minister are different for all people, the capabilities and potential are the same. Being a licensed minister will open new doors for you spiritually, financially, and socially. Your GUTK minister credential is valid in all 50 states including: Washington D.C., Puerto Rico, and all other U.S. territories. Click here to view state requirements for officiating weddings.

Applicants who are currently licensed by another ordaining body may also receive independent credentials through GUTK as a licensed minister after application requirements are met.

GUTK issues all newly licensed ministers a FREE official ministry “Title” certificate. As a licensed minister you will have rights to hold an official title (Minister, Healer, Imam, Pastor, etc.); which GUTK provides at no cost.

As a licensed minister you may also legally perform/ officiate weddings, baptisms, funerals, and other sacred services for your friends, family, and community. To perform these ceremonies, as a licensed minister you may ask for what is known as an “honorarium” (a reasonable donation to cover travel expenses, preparation, and time).

GUTK provides an annual ministers license to those who have recently answered their calling to go into ministry; or maybe you simply need the ministers license temporarily to officiate/perform an upcoming marriage, baptism, or funeral.

Certain states require additional documentation if you’re seeking to officiate a marriage.Your local county may require a “Letter Of Good Standing” in addition to your minister license; in order to register as a wedding officiate. This license will only be valid for 1 (one) calendar year; which will begin on the day we receive your application and donation.
